Postage and Shipping

 

Customers, we do not charge for packaging.

We do however charge for shipping and use competitively priced couriers within Australia and the charge rate will be automatically added to your check out total.

All overseas orders will be dispatched by Air Mail.

Australian Locations - (Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery)

Shipping Charges
Purchases less than AU$100.00, shipping is AU$10.00 anywhere within Australia. *
Purchases greater than AU$100.00 - Free shipping anywhere within Australia. *

* This does not apply to goods sold at wholesale prices. Please email our office for rates in this case.

Important Delivery Instructions within Australia –
Our Couriers do not deliver to P.O box numbers, only to physical addresses where they need a signature when the item is delivered. 
Where possible, please include your contact number on the ‘checkout page’ in the space provided, so that we can call you if the driver has difficulty delivering your parcel for whatever reason

Exceptions and Special circumstances where address is in an inaccessible location -

If you are away and specifically need your parcel to be held P.O Box  or live in an inaccessible location where only Australia Post delivers,  please include it in your instructions at ‘check out’ page or email us on the address on the ‘contact us’ page and we will send your parcel by Australia Post.

As sometimes there cannot be someone present to wait for the courier:

1. You may wish to give your office address instead of your home address
2. Alternately, include special delivery instructions at the ‘checkout’ page requesting the parcel to be left in a safe place
3. Or leave a signed note on your front door instructing  the Driver to leave your parcel in a safe place nominated by you
4. Email us on the address provided on the ‘contact us’ page with your instructions which we will include on the Courier’s delivery slip

If no one is home when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave you a card with a contact telephone number to call in order to arrange a more suitable re-delivery time.

(You must call this number within 48 hours of receipt otherwise after a second unsuccessful delivery attempt, your parcel will be returned to us and resending will incur a separate charge which we endeavour to avoid)

 Unfortunately, Lariese purely organic cannot be responsible for orders left unattended at your address if instructed.

Overseas Orders – Postage and Shipping Charges (Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery)

As postage or shipping costs vary from country to country, we have endeavored to simplify and discount our postage rates.

A flat rate of AU$10 per item will be charged.
You will be billed in Australian Dollars at the current exchange rate.

International customers are responsible for paying their own custom duty or taxes if any, which may be levied by their country of destination.
